111 South Jackson is a five-story historical office building built in 1904 for the Pope & Talbot Lumber Company.  It was redeveloped as an office building in 1982 and was extensively renovated in 2006-2007.  Capital improvement projects included renovation of the exterior sandstone facade, replacement of the roof system, and extensive seismic upgrades.  The building offers a spectacular rooftop deck with a glass-enclosed pavilion providing panoramic views of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay.  There is an expansive window-line on all floors.  The enhanced and updated esthetics of the building make it a signature office building in one of Seattle's most vibrant areas.
